    Hi,

    I have been unable to successfully upload the enfold theme through WordPress. I get the message: “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”

    After uploading the theme manually through my hosting account I was finally able to install and activate the theme.

    Now though, every time I try to import one of the demo themes that come with Enfold I am gifted with this error message:
    “Import didn’t work. you might want to reload the page and try again”

    I have never had this problem before when using WordPress and the Enfold theme. Please help.

    Hey zakthorpe,

    Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, which demo are you looking to import?

    I’d preferably like the enfold 2017 demo—but ultimately would like to be able to access all of them.

    The zip probably was uploaded only in part because the php upload size did not allow for more.
