Hi, can I ask you a woo commerce question? I don’t know whom to ask instead. When a customer registers he/she should answer a mail and confirm the account. Somehow this mail is not sent. I don’t find the error in my settings. Do you have a clue?

This is something that would like have better insight from the WooCommerce support forums, also if possible make sure general emails are able to be sent from the site to rule out possible host issues.
