Is there a way to find out whether I have a bug in my theme or why my hits stopped working? I get over 2,000 hits per article, but now only showing 2 or 3 hits on articles that have been shared many times in the last few days. If someone can help, I would truly appreciate. Thank you.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for the login details, though I’m not sure I understand what you mean by your initial question. What do you mean by hit counter? Are you referring to your analytics account maybe?

I was on an another theme before enfold. Everything work well like wp statistics. From the beginning of enfold hit counter doesn’t work. But the plugin compatibility are ok from WP. My question are why it’s doesnt work and don’t count the reality . Is there a problem between the plugin and the theme ?
