    I have anchor links set up on this page. If you click on “General” for example in the tips category menu, the page flashes before it takes you to the section. This seems like a theme issue to me, maybe something to do with the smooth scrolling. Can you help me troubleshoot this?

    Hey amanda007,
    I tested in Chrome, Firefox, Edge & IE11 and couldn’t reproduce the issue. What browser are you using?
