    Hi all,

    I’m trying to upload a zip file to the wp-admin dashboard, however it’s showing an error page saying – “Are you sure you want to do this?” and there’s a button – Please try again.

    I’ve uploaded other templates and they work fine but I can’t upload enfold.zip file for some reason.

    Can anyone give me an advice?

    Hey adflashdev,

    Are you sure that you are uploading the correct zip file? When you download the package from Themeforest you will likely need to unzip that file on your local machine and you will find the installable zip inside of the unzipped package.

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for your response. I downloaded the folder and tried to upload with the zip file. However, I’m still having same issue installing the theme on my wordpress.

    I’ve found the forum that discusses the same intstallation issue.

    Hi Justin,

    Thanks for the feedback. Please upload the package that you are using to somewhere where we can download it. For instance google drive or dropbox, then post admin login details here in private so that we can try it out from our end.

    @anjahuebner     Please try installing the theme via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/
    If you would like us to install the theme for you, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach FTP and WP admin logins in private content field. If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well, so please start your own thread :)

    Hi Rikard,

    Yes, I have one last question related to changing the theme before closing this topic. After uploading the theme, I’ve been looking for the place where I can replace the main background image. Please see the attached link. And yes, you can close this topic.

    Hi,

    You can change that by editing the first Color Section element on the page, it’s set as a background to it.

    All of the background images were set as No Background Image, and I can’t find the current background image info. Please see the attached.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the screenshot, though that has nothing to do with what you are referring to. Edit the page in question, then select to edit the first Color Section element in the Layout Builder, you can change the image in the Section Background tab.

    I don’t see the edit button to access the Color Section element or Layout Builder. Where is the question page located?

    Hi,

    Go to the URL in private, then hover the first Color Section element and click on the Pen+Paper icon, that will take you to the element options.
