    Hi,

    I’ve tried to import the demo but I received the error message “Import didnt work, try to reload the page”. Reloading the page didn’t bring the solution.

    Contacted also my hoster and received the reply:

    “Unfortunately, we can not find an error on the server. Similarly, no AT domains are blocked by us.

    Does the developer give specific information about script runtime or something similar? Requires the theme z.b. a certain amount of RAM?”

    Following that I found related information in the forum:
    “We would recommend you to set max_input_vars to 5000 and memory_limit to 256M. Depending on your usage, you may not need as well.

    Following values are from my local installation
    Max_execution_time = 30
    Max_input_time = 60
    Post_max_size = 32M
    Upload_max_filesize = 32M
    Max_input_time = 60”

    The hoster modified the php.ini config accordingly. But that didn’t help

    What else can be done?

    Hey Mik24,

    Please, before to test it, could you tell which demo are you trying to import?

    Best regards,

    Hi,
    You are getting a 500 (Internal Server Error) on wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    I suggest looking at your server logs to see what the possible cause could be.

    Best regards,
    Mike
