Dear Enfold-Team,
I’ve just refreshed my support to get this bug fixed. Today I’ve loaded my page: gainz4change.com on my iPad and I could see that the scrolling does not work properly. Some images are not displayed and after scrolling down a bit I only see the background colour of my homepage. It seems as if safari can’t work with the CSS. The page is properly working on iphones and ipads ONLY on my staging site (link see below) -> with an older version of Enfold. It seems as if the problem was caused by a theme update. I’ve tested the website on other phones (android, huawei etc) – everything works fine. So in this case, it has something got to do with the theme and apple.
Please could you check, because I really need to get this fixed! See my login credentials below!Ps.: I’ve already deleted my cache on my phone and asked other people to load the website on their iphone. always the same problem!
Thanks in advance for your efforts.December 2, 2017 at 5:27 am #884054Hey fabulagmbh,
Did you try clearing the cache from your caching plugin? If that doesn’t help then please post screenshots of the issues and how we can reproduce them.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 2, 2017 at 10:16 am #884096yes i have deleted the cache several times and I have also asked other people to view the homepage on their iphone/ipad without any result! so please view the page on an iphone or ipad and try to scroll down to the end! ive seen other threads with similar problems on apple devices, so it‘s definitely a theme issue. screenshots won‘t help because you just see an empty page after scrolling down.
please get that fixed! my clients cannot view the homepage on apple devices 100%
December 5, 2017 at 4:32 pm #885132Hi fabulagmbh,
Can you please disable Autoptimise for now, please? I checked on iPad, the images loaded, even background ones and then they disappeared after a few seconds.
Best regards,
VictoriaDecember 5, 2017 at 4:39 pm #885139ive disabled it at the moment. still the same problem
December 6, 2017 at 8:41 am #885430Hi,
I see the problem on my end as well, but it’s obviously not a general theme problem since no sites would render on mobile devices if it was. I see this warning in the console:
Blink deferred a task in order to make scrolling smoother. Your timer and network tasks should take less than 50ms to run to avoid this. Please see https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/profile/evaluate-performance/rail and https://crbug.com/574343#c40 for more information.
I’m not sure what that means but it could be related to your problem. Did you try disabling all plugins to see if the problem might be caused by one of them?
Best regards,
RikardDecember 6, 2017 at 2:11 pm #885593thanks for your answer ! BUT… the website is running perfect on the staging area. the only difference.. newer THEME VERSION!
So I still don’t belive that it is a problem on my end.please take a look once again !!!
December 6, 2017 at 4:35 pm #885649So basically after hours I found the problem, that definitely needs to be fixed by your team!
TAB SECTION –> AUTO ADJUST TO CONTENT causes problems on IPADS and IPHONES!
When I choose Same height for alle tabs, the whole page is fine!So please be so kind to fix this within the next update!
Thank you!- This reply was modified 6 years, 11 months ago by fabulagmbh.

You said the newer version is working fine, why not update the live website?

Which page is it happening on? Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

VictoriaFebruary 7, 2018 at 5:10 pm #909302Hi Victoria, nothing new with the latest version for my problem. Do you have an idea why my sites are not showing up on iPhone?
I only meet with the Enfold theme in fact.
Regards.
JeanFebruary 8, 2018 at 4:42 am #909558Hi,
The site is displaying properly on mobile devices. It’s not displaying on the testing tool because the x frame options is set to ‘sameorigin’. It cannot be viewed inside an iframe.
Refused to display ‘https://www.sakura-fishing.com/’ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘sameorigin’.
