    this is in functions-set-avia-frontend.php since line 1325
    I could also do without this information on source code !

    and the function is function avia_debugging_info()
    i do not see the benefit of this function

    If a mod can explain the reason for it ?
    this is the way you could get rid of it
    this to functions.php of your child theme:

    if(!function_exists('avia_debugging_info'))
{
  function avia_debugging_info() {
    // 
  }
}
