    Unfortunately, your website is not loading on my end therefore i could not see the issue.

    If you still have your purchase code from your purchase last year, you can register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach your FTP and WP admin logins in private content field so we can look into it.

    If you have already registered to our forum, you can simply login and start a new thread.

    You would need to re-purchase the theme only if you do not have a purchase code, which is required to register to our forum. If that is going to be the case, Enfold is currently on sale for $39, so this would be a good time but otherwise, you do not need to purchase again :)

    Hi,

    Control panel link “took too long to reponse” error and FTP “Connection timed out or server hung up.”
    Can you please check FTP logins once again? Also, please attach WP admin logins as well.

    Hi avi,

    I tried to check the ftp access, but it’s not working on my end, I tried using filezilla app or via browser. I also checked the wp-admin access but I’m getting this:

    A virus was detected, originating from your system. Please contact the system administrator.

    I scanned my system using an anti-virus and it’s clean.
