Anchors Not Working After Changing Subdomain To Domain

Our site was working with the anchors correctly until I changed it to the actual domain, they were working OK with the temporary or subdomain. The anchors are still there (#about, #pricing, #contact), in the Color Section etc, but does not scroll like before, it now “changes” to that particular section.
How can I get it to scroll to that section again as before?
