Hi,
I started a topic over here for about a month ago regarding the same problem. I did get help from Mike the moderator. And It looked like everything worked fine after Mike helped me with the update.Now when I took a look at the update version of our enfold , I noticed that the version is still an old version of enfold (4.0.2). Could some please help me to update our theme to the latest one.
I have also tried to update our Enfold theme manually without any success. Thank you! I’m getting an “Error Processing”

I’ve checked the backend and the parent theme is broken. Please update enfold via ftp:

Sure, I have checked using the ftp access you gave however can you give us ftp access for the whole site, atleast we could check wp files.

I have checked it again and I can see the entire directory now and I think the theme files were not on the proper location, it’s now fixed and in version 4.2, let us know if you need further assistance :)

I can see that you have made changes. But for somereason when aI try to login in to our admin page I’m forwared to our front page. I’m getting an error message: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Very strange. When I try to login to our wp-admin loging “see print screen” I end up in the regular login for ous customers and not the wordpress loging. why is this happening?Also when I’m loged in to our dasboard an error message pops up

Can you try to downgrade your version of php from 7.1 to 7.0? there are some issues with layerslider and php 7.1, this might help fix the problem.

Thank you for that help!I downdraded our PHP from 7.1 to 7.0 and this solved our issue 2 and 3. The issue still remains with loging in to our dasboard directly from http://www.xxxx.xx/wp-admin this takes you directly to our customer loging istead.

Can you try to disable all your plugins and check again, if that works, enable them one by one to know which plugin causes the issue. Let us know if this helps.
