I have the Enfold for my new website:
current Theme Version Number is 3.8.4
The problem is it hit the limit of the resources in the host server, I have many other sites on the same shared hosting and didn’t see anything like this.

Hey masaribrahim,
There might be some plugins that are hogging lot of resources, please try one of the plugins mentioned here: https://asphaltthemes.com/alternative-to-p3-plugin-performance-profiler/ to check what is causing it.
