We have had the enfold theme running for two years. Today when I tried to upload a new slider, the image doesn’t show- just a broken link. We recently switched the server, which I guess could be related, but the older slider images are still working. Works fine in preview. Slide 9 at http://www.level1st.com

    Hi,

Image link i posted in private content field is broken, which is the background image of your 9th slider. Please simply re-upload the image and that should fix the issue :)

Unfortunately, that does not work. The image url from the media library is here: https://level1st.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/HappyThanksgiving-1.jpg It may have something to do with wpengine. Site is now at godaddy. Strange it shows in preview however. Any other suggestions?

Ok! It looks like any image I upload will not appear outside of the media library. Something is blocking them. If I add an image to a page or a post, they don’t show either.

    Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Yigit
