Setting up a Blog

Hi there,

I am still trying to figure out how setting up a blog works for this theme. It seems fairly straight forward but some of your tutorials go back to 2014 and there’s a few things that are very unclear to me.

I created a clone site in which I test all these solutions and the issues are the following:

1) I have created a new page for the blog and assigned that page in the Theme Options as the new blog posts – This would make me think that assigning this page would automatically display every post, but it doesn’t so I chose to manually edit it by choosing “Use the advanced layout editor to build your own blog layout simple edit the page you have chosen in Enfold -> Theme Options as a blog page”

2) I created a new page in order to display my blog, but what I see is that I am not editing the layout at all. All I am doing is dragging and dropping the MEDIA ELEMENT – BLOG POSTS into the page and edit the element it self. Is this what’s understood as “Manually editing the layout of your blog” ? Maybe I’m missing something here but I’ve been playing with it for a while with no good result.

EDIT: I have a bunch of posts on Draft mode and I have couple that are set as “Published” But they are not even displaying when I use the “Blog Posts” Element on the Advanced layout editor. So I am not sure what’s going wrong.
