Hi
I have uploaded a video (less than 128 mo).
I choose 16/9 but it’s very ugly and the same with 4:3Which is the good format/size to encoded the video BEFORE the upload on wordpress

I recommend you to use a external server to save your video like the Youtube and Vimeo, check the advantages here: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/why-you-should-never-upload-a-video-to-wordpress/
