Why would the feature image appears in the upper left corner of a page?
Hey J,
Please, could you provide your WP credentials? Without this, we can’t access the above page.
Best regards,
John Torvik
Hi,
Could you post your login URL as well please? I get an error message on the default URL.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hello.
I have submitted the URL for the login two times but eqch time it does not appear in this thread. I did check the “Set as private reply”. Is that the reason? Did you get the login URL?
— John
Hi John,
Please see private content, that is the only thing I can see except the URL in the first post. We just need the login URL for WordPress since you seem to have changed it from the default URL.
Best regards,
Rikard
Please see the private content. If you do not see it, please let me know.
Thanks,
— John
Hi John,
Thanks for that, I’m able to login it seems, but unable to view the backend. I get this error message:
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
Did you give the user admin rights? If not then please try to do so, otherwise we can’t see what you have done in the editor.
Best regards,
Rikard
Yes, you are correct. That has been fixed. Please try again.

Hi,
The page is using the default editor, that’s why you can see the featured image. Please switch to the advance layout builder or use the following css code to hide the featured image.
.page-thumb { display: none; }
Best regards,
Ismael
Thank you for the help. It worked great.
