Translated pages via WPML are not displaying correctly and cannot be found.

I have posted this already but did not receive sufficient support. I updated the theme and also disabled all plugins (expect WPML) in order to see if there are any incompatibilities. However, the issue is still not resolved and I would highly appreciate support regarding this matter.

Hey there, recently on our comapny website linked sub-websites are not working or displaying correctly. The link below is not the only occasion:

I screened the whole website in English, German and Italian and tried to fix the broken links. All of the websites are linked correctly and do exists, but WordPress does not display them correctly.

Would very much appreciate your support on that.

all cool! Checked everything seems to be working properly.

Here is what I found out, the translated versions, meaning the Italian and the German, have problems with the links and I now know why. For instance, http://zulla-consulting.com/it/presales-sales-aftersales-optimisation does not work, however if you add “it” after the zulla-consulting.com/it/, then it works -> http://zulla-consulting.com/it/itpresales-sales-aftersales-optimisation

Same goes for the German sites. http://zulla-consulting.com/de/dienstleistungen/ does not work, but adding the “de”, then it works: http://zulla-consulting.com/de/dedienstleistungen/

However, not always as I noticed. We could maunually change the links but originally they all have been working… Furthermore, even if I change it with the above method sometimes they revert back to not finding the page.

The issue you described is more a technical problem, maybe a compatibility issue.

For this kind of problems, you should ask your developer (license owner) to open a ticket in the technical forum.
