    Hi Guys,

I am using the Uni CPO Plugin for Woocommerce to have some custom options for the products on handweberei-shop.at
    Everythings working except on thing:
There is one product with different color options, that are displayed as tiles. When you click on an option, the main image gets switched to the image in that color. This is sadly not working with the enfold theme. When i switch to twentyseventeen theme, it’s working, but not with enfold.
That’s the product I am talking about:

You will need credentials, as the site is in maintenance mode. I have created an admin for you and posted the info in the private content.
    Any ideas?

    Cheers,
    Max

    Hey Dreirad-Studios,

I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    Hi Basilis,

I get that. It’s not your responsibility.
I just hoped, you might have an idea, what the üproblem could be or point me in the right direction.
I have already contacted the plugin author, but since everything is working when i activate a standard wp-theme, he told me to contact you.
I am super happy with enfold and use it a lot and in the past your support was always mega helpful, so i thought, i’d ask.
I wanted to try everything, because this is the last task for this website and i want to avoid having to completely start over with a different theme, if it is in any way possible to get that to work…

    Thanks,
    Max

    Hi Max,

We are very sorry to hear that. I tried to check but the credentials are not working, but I’m also not sure if I can be helpful since we don’t have any idea what’s causing the issue/conflict, I would suggest however to try enabling wordpress debugger: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress and also use google web inspector or firebug and check if there are js errors in the console. Hope this information helps.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
Thanks you very much, but i decided to go ahead and hire a freelancer to resolve the issue, since it is too far outside of my skills.

    Best regards,
    Max
