Hi
Just realised that the Menu Button on an Android mobile is not working. Not sure how long this has been a issue. Tried deactivating the plugins but still a problem.
Any suggestions?

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look? There is an error in JavaScript.

See below. While you are there can you also tell me why Plugins always shows 1 update available but I have gone through the plugins and are there are no updates available. I have also checked the versions and everything seems ok.

Can you please reupload a fresh version of the theme via FTP?

I have re-installed Enfold via FTP. Had a bit of a problem with one file codemirror.js but it seems to be ok now.
Also is Kriesi including LayerSlider in Enfold updates or am I now required to purchase it to get the revisions?

In order to get the updates and revisions you must purchase a separate copy of LayerSlider.

Ok thanks for that…So, going back to my original question, any idea why my website menu button on the mobile doesn’t work?

RichardNovember 23, 2017 at 12:06 am #880542Hi,
There’s a js error showing in the console that’s why the burger menu isn’t working, can you try to switch it to the Enfold theme (parent) to see if it works.

How are you adding the login link? Can you add classes to it like “menu-item custom-login”?

VictoriaNovember 27, 2017 at 1:33 pm #882209Hi Victoria
If I understand you correctly the login link is an app call “My Login Logout Plugin”. It is out of date!

RichardNovember 27, 2017 at 4:49 pm #882274Hi,
If you disable that plugin, is the menu still malfunctioning?
