Hi,
there is a way to customize the order of the portfolio projects in the Portfolio Grid Element by inserting id? and there is a way to transform the accordion slider to a single image slide on mobile?Cheers

By inserting id where? The things you’re looking to achieve will require some amount of coding. I am sorry to tell you that such customizations are not covered by our basic support. You could, however, hire a freelancer to do it for you.
You can hide the accordion slider for mobile using screen options and show another element instead.
