Referencing Feautre or Plugin

Hi,

just a question. For a website, where we have more than 100 sites we want to implement a color section with text/link-information as Quick-Links/Quick-Starter Guide.
We want to implement this on ervery site, but we have any 3-4 weeks changes.
How can we implement the information at one point, and at every site we implement it too, it will automaticaly reference and update it from the first change on the “master site”.

– Is there a function, wich I can use, to make a Master Version of an element and it references/updates it to all other marked elements/copies on other sites
– Or is there a plugin solution which is combined with enfold to this option/function
