    Hello,

    A few hours ago, I bought the theme enfold for a website I’m working on.
    I normally don’t do this, but the enfold theme seriously disappointed me.
    When searching for a multi purpose theme, this was high ranked, but it simply is not customizable enough, without starting to fiddle within code etc.
    The theme just does not live up to my expectations and is in fact too time consuming to work with. Can you please refund me?

    Since download and purchase processes are managed by Envato, you should contact them regarding your refund request as well.

    The refund request has been submitted a week ago at envato, and they have contacted you in the meantime.
    Nevertheless, you have not responded so far.
    Please, respond to the ticket and make the refund.
