Can't Update Enfold 4.0.7 to 4.2 via WordPress OR Manually - Support

When I try to update the theme via the Updater in the WordPress Dashboard OR through Enfold in WordPress, I get the errors messages below. When I downloaded the latest version of Enfold from Theme Forest and tried to update the theme via FTP it broke the site. When I used FTP and replaced the latest Enfold folder with a version from 5/16/17 the site was restored with 4.0.7.

Hi!

Yes, if it breaks from something we do, we will revert as soon as possible. Have you made any changes on Enfold parent theme files?

No we haven’t gotten into Parent/Child themes. We just add graphic design files and plugins to the template. No child themes are ever created. To send you login information, should I use the “Private Content” window.
