Site speed terrible — any fixes via Enfold?

My site is pretty slow to load. Analyzed it with Google Page Speed Insights and I get a “Poor” rating for mobile, and “Fair” for desktop.

Much of this has to do with my images…I’m slowly starting to swap out old, large jpegs for smaller pngs.

However, there are a few other issues the Insights tool found, and I’m wondering if these are due to Enfold–and if so, whether there is a fix that can remedy them. I should say that I’m not a developer….I’m fairly tech-literate and have been tinkering with Enfold for 6 years, but I’m no developer.

The recommendations google found are:
– Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in the above-fold content
– Minify JavaScript
– Minify CSS

The Insights tool gives instructions for fixes, but their descriptions are way out of my wheelhouse. Are there more simple fixes that can be achieved, either by plugin or simple changes?
