    Dear support.
    I have slow page load with [av_video]
    [av_video src='https://mysite.ru/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/video-02-11-17-03-43.mp4' format='custom' width='9' height='16'].
    The other pages without it load fast, but pege with video – very slow.
    How can I fix it?

    Hey AliAbabwa,
    Your server is not sending the video on the first request, in my test it required 3 requests for the video to be sent. Please check your server error logs for clues why. Or ask your webhost. Some find that adding this code to their .htaccess file may help:

    <IfModule mod_headers.c>
    Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
</IfModule>

    There is no effect(
    Still slow page loading(

    By the way, after upgrading Enfold theme to 4.2
    here is the “bug” with video player

    The video have borders in top and bottom and there is no navigation bar during playing(
    (like in 4.07 version of Enfold)

    For the video, Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:

height: auto !important;
}

width: 100% !important;
}

    I add this to custom.css
    but still is no effect(

    There is no play button and timeline in video and still with black borders (not like in Enfold 4.07)

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,

    Please allow us some time, we are working on it with our developers.
    In the meantime – if you would need a quick solution you can try add the video into a slider and load the slider shortcode.

    That could solve the problems.
