Hey there,
Upon making stylistic changes on the site I noticed that, once again, they are not being reflected on the site. For example: I just tried changing the colour of the header section to black and the font to white and it’s not showing once I update it. The same happened when I tried to include the title and breadcrumbs on the site. This is not the first time this happens and I am assuming there might be some plugin conflict (my guess) but unfortunately I do not know how to catch what plugin (if this is the case) is creating the conflict. Could you please help me look into it so that the changes made on the site work back again?
Thank you!
I appreciate your help.November 11, 2017 at 8:22 pm #875581Hey sebastr021,
The best approach is to try disabling all of your plugins. Then reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
Note that you will need to clear the site and browser cache after each change, and while you are working on your site disable any page caching. Also be sure to look at your webhost cPanel for any caching enabled, some hosts offer this which is great after your site is built, but not while you are building.Best regards,

After going through the list of plugins and activating/deactivating them to see where the conflict would be, I noticed that it is the YOAST WORDPRESS SEO plugin that seems to block the changes I am making on my header section. I tried re installing the plugin but unfortunately that did not work. Could you please take a look and see if there’s anything you might be able to do so that the changes applied do show on my site? Right now it’s something very simple such as changing the color of the background header.
Thanks.
November 15, 2017 at 6:16 am #876923Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
