I have had this problem for a while where when I post a blog or open a page in a browser on the computer the images are sharp and crisp. But when I look at the page on my phone it is soft and lacks quality. I have tried exporting the images and resizing them smaller through lightroom or photoshop to possibly make the transfer compression less dramatic, however nothing seems to work! I am a photographer and it is pretty important that the images seen are sharp. Any ideas?

Here is an example of a post I just put up that I look at on my iphone and they are blurry but sharp on the computer…

Any ideas? I put the images into the post at the medium size… Maybe I should enter them as large? I don’t know though. Can’t figure out what it is..

    Hi,

We would recommend you to increase the size of the images. For example the one i attached in private content field does look great on desktop but blurry on mobile because of its size :)

So do you mean uploading them into enfold at a higher resolution such as 3-5 mb instead of 800kb? Or instead of selecting “medium” for image size while placing them actually in the post, using “large”?

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

    Yes that is correct.
