    Hi everyone,
overnight (or maybe with the recent enfold update) the local embedded mp4 doesn’t play anymore. It used to play fine…
    could you take a look?

    Hey Axel,

I don’t work for Kriesi, but I wrote the initial call for support for my website.

My advice – DONT TOUCH IT for now! My entire homepage is completely dead after I tried re-uploading the video/replacing it with a jpg!

    Good luck!

    Hi Marissa,
what started your problem? could it have been the reccent update?

    Axel,

That’s the only thing I can think of. I updated the theme not too long ago.
(I also temporarily deactivated all of my plugins to see if that would solve the issue, but it didn’t.)
Right now we have our friends (who are web developers) looking into the issue. I’ll let you know if they figure it out!!

have you tried the older version of enfold? is that even possible?

    #874326

Hm. I’m not sure if that’s possible, to be honest.

    Hi Axel,

The video on your site is loading fine on my end, though a bit slow. Did you try to clear your browser cache and reload the page? If you want to improve the load speed then I would suggest that you host it with Youtube or Vimeo.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
