    Hey timsabre,

I think that needs to be activated on the server where your site is hosted, though I’m not sure. Could you contact your hosting provider to see if they can activate it please? If you should need any further help from us then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

As Rikard told you, your server provider needs to fix the error and you will be able to import
There is nothing we can do form our side we are afraid.

    Hello Basilis,

Regarding with the upload error, just never mind about it coz we just made a new slides instead of uploading some slide template. But got this new problem, I tried to create slides with image background which is in a high quality image like around 4200px to make it sure that I will have quality output slides but when I check the output the background image seems to be pixelated please see our site http://answermycalls.com/ so that you will have ideas what I mean. Please advice, thanks.

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. When you add the images from the WordPress gallery, you should have an option on the right hand side to select which resolution the image should be in. Are you sure that you selected the highest resolution there?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
