MailChimp Subscription Form – not working

Hi,
I’ve a problem with the subscription form for MailChimp. I’ve connected Enfold with MailChimp but when i try to subscribe, even if i get the confirmation message, the user doesn’t receive any email to confirm the subscription (and mailchip does not found any new user). I tried with different email providers but it’s always the same. I don’t know if it’s a problem in the address which should send the confirmation emails.
Can anyone help?
