    Aloha and Good morning,
    I have run up against a complicated problem that I need help with.
    For reasons I cannot yet determine, our pages and posts are disappearing from our WP site and the error page comes up when you try to go to the site. The issues began when a developer we hired began working on a new main page for our site. I do not know if he altered or added something to the theme or child theme. I had OneHourSiteFix.com scan the site from the outside and the inside. I asked Sight Ground do both a basic and a deep scan. They reported the server files clean and provided some deep scan files that were suspect. I installed sucuri on WP and it provided a list of files that may have been altered or modified. I have created a backup with Updraft Plus to GoogleDrive. I need help on determining the next course of action. Is it possible for someone to look at my site and help me understand what is causing the problem?

    Thank you for your reply. In the end, we ended up working with a repair specialist so that we could ensure that the site was completely clean. He has put us back together and my main goal now is to update Enfold and figure out how to have that happen automatically. Would it be possible to get some help with this? I have had some challenges in the past with this and could really benefit from a walk through and some guidance. If that is not possible, I understand. I do have someone who can help me, but they ran into some difficulties (perhaps because the site was messed up at the time) trying to get it on the server.

    Hi Kenny,

    Great, glad you got the site clean and back together. Are you referring to that you are not being able to receive automatic updates on the backend? If so then we need to have access to your site to have a closer look, you can post admin login details in private for us. Please note that all server environments are not able to receive automatic updates, if that is the case with your I don’t know yet though.

    Can you give us admin access so we can see the Heartbeat results, plugins, and other settings? With the login you provided we can’t see these these settings.

    Before we move here – there is someone else also who ask support for that domain.
    Is that you or someone who you hired. We need to know so we do not work with 2 different people on the same thing and we do
    harm instead of helping please.

    Hi,

    Good to know.
    From what I can tell you with a quick scan, it seems that soneone got access to the site.
    I do not know if you are using something Nulled ( plugins I guess ) but you would have to do a full cleaning
    to make sure there is no other access, change all the passwords of the web site of all the admin, delete any users you do not know
    and go from there.
