Hello.
I have a page which has a full width sub menu on it.
I want these to link to the 6 different Advanced Layer Sliders I have on the page.
This used to work, but I can’t seem to get it to work since the big update to advanced layer slider.I have included the link to the page below.
I’ve tried just adding the section id’s to the colour sections, which I’ve left in on “soft cheese”
Thanks.
EDIT
I think I have found a bug with the magnet links. If I add a magnet to the colour section called “magnet” the colour section gains the title “Magnet” – it capitalises the word “Magnet” so the link doesn’t work. If I put a 1 in front of it and call it “1magnet” it works fine.
This is nothing to do with the layer slider tags, but I am trying to find a workaround.EDIT2
It seems like now I have detected the capital letter issue, I can now add the links to the ID section in layer slider.
The problem is, these magnet links do not work until the layer sliders have loaded. Another question I have is, is there anyway to deactivate the delayed load on the layer sliders?November 7, 2017 at 2:53 pm #873717Okay, sorry for the long post, but I was able to fix this problem.
1. For some reason, section IDs were being automatically capitalised
2. I fixed this by placing a digit in front of each section ID
3. I found where the ID goes in Advanced Layer Slider (Go to slide – Link & Attributes – ID in the top box)
4. I went to each Slider, and in Slider Settings -> Slideshow and turned off “Start only in viewport”.
All the links now work as desired. Thought I’d share just in case anyone has the same issue.

I was wondering if this is a known bug? We host most of our other sites, but this one isn’t hosted by us.
I just want to know if this is something that I need to be aware of on other sites.Strange!
November 10, 2017 at 4:40 am #874950Hi!
We can’t reproduce the issue on our end. Could you create a test page so that we can inspect the issue?

IsmaelNovember 10, 2017 at 1:15 pm #875138Hi Ismael.
Thanks for getting back to me.
I created a clone of the page and started adding tags and noticed that they are automatically capitalised in the top left corner text preview, but not in the “For Developers: Section ID” inside the colour section. Previously they were being auto-capitalised in the “For Developers: Section ID” and therefore not working.
Maybe a random bug…
