Categories' filters of portfolio item grid

We have a portfolio item grid in this site: https://www.doblelcp.com/regalos-top/salud-y-deporte/. If we display all items without pagination, on categories’ filters (located on top right corner of the page), we see all categories. But if we display items with pagination, for example 12 items by page, we can only see that categories’ filters that are included in the items which appear at that concretely page, not all the categories.

Is there any solution to be able to display all categories on the categories’ filters, despite of the items displayed in that concretely page don’t include all categories?
