I created a page for blog. and I went to the theme settings and set the blog page properly as it is mentioned in the documentation but when I visit it; it says: “The theme directory “enfold” does not exist.”
The theme is installed and I have not seen any issues. I have the following plugins:
– SSL Insecure Content Fixer
– Akismet Anti-Spam
– UpdraftPlus – Backup/RestoreNovember 6, 2017 at 5:11 am #872912Hey mehrdadpazooki,

November 7, 2017 at 2:24 pm #873699Hi,
Thanks for that. I’ve never seen this error before to be honest, I can see that the server is responding with a 500 internal server error on the blog page though, so it might be a problem with the server. 500 is a very general error though, maybe you could contact your hosting provider to see if they can see what is going wrong on their end?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 7, 2017 at 4:58 pm #873815I am hosting that on AWS on an EC2 instance myself and it’s a normal wordpress installation. If I don’t use Enfold theme the blog will work. Please follow up on this as soon as you can; I have a service launch today and it’s not happening because of your theme; I won’t be happy about that if it is not fixed before my launch..

November 8, 2017 at 7:02 am #874052Hi,
We cannot control everything concerning your website, if the server is throwing an error then your hosting provider are the people to talk to. We don’t have any control over the server where your site is hosted. This is a local problem to your site, not a general theme problem, so I think you should reconsider the unfair review that you posted.

November 8, 2017 at 8:29 am #874063it doesn’t matter what “you think I should do”. your job is to provide support for the theme and your theme (not any other themes) is failing on blog page. The review is going to remain there until I get a real support not this mediocre blame game of “talk to your host provider”.

November 9, 2017 at 5:58 am #874420Hi,
Please read this again, if that is something you cannot do then we can’t help you out unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 9, 2017 at 10:40 pm #874854What does that even mean? you’ve already said you can’t help me. then what are you talking about when you say: “if that is something you cannot do then we can’t help you out unfortunately.” I recommend you to go get some training for customer relationship and product support.
November 10, 2017 at 12:54 pm #875130Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
I am currently getting “Nothing Found. Sorry, no posts matched your criteria” error on your blog page. I tried to login but login credentials did not work for me. Could you please check them once again? I have not gotten 500 error on your blog however we might need FTP logins as well so if you do not mind, please attach them in private content field as well so we can look further into the issue.Cheers!
YigitNovember 10, 2017 at 6:43 pm #875288My employee fixed it. You can close this ticket.
