    Is there a way to edit my theme in different modes such as mobile phone mode, or tablet/ipad mode?
    Additionally, with the new iPhone X due to land in users hands very soon, is there any plans to make sure enfold loads correctly on the new browser dimensions?

    Yes you can use media queries to target different screen sizes: https://www.w3.org/TR/css3-mediaqueries/
