Tech Support

I’ve purchased the Enfold Theme and have opened several support tickets. I have tickets that have been ignored for days. I currently have an urgent matter in that the most recent theme update this evening has seemingly stopped my navigation bar from working correctly. “SHOP” when you click on Shop within the navigation bar it does not take you to the section of the page re: SHOP. The navigation bar also illuminates the color as if you were on that section of the page.

I’ve watched the ticket que, everyone else has received support while my ticket is seemingly being ignored. I’m not sure if this is because I am a woman or if it’s because I’m gay. My website content reveals that I am a woman and that I’m gay.
