Item “SHOP” on navigation bar is highlighted Green, when clicking on it, takes you no where. When you scroll to section of page that reads Shop, you see a black bar with white spinning circles. This is urgent. I have some requests within support that have been ignored. I need to resolve this asap please. Please see private area for login credentials.

There should be a slash (“/”) there not a “#”. Please change.Sorry, got it wrong. I do not see an element with the id shop on that page. Did you remove it by mistake?

Thanks for your help. I have not removed it and it is easily visible if you scroll down the scree. Please see screenshot:Hi Victoria, I did see the that shop was not set as the id in the color element. This resolved the issue. I do see that the element itself is not working correctly as viewed within the screenshot above. As you can see it’s a black bar with white spinning dots. Are you able to help with this?
Actually I see the problem. The word shop was posted in an area asking for an URL for a video. Thank you for your insights and overall help. This is now resolved.
