    Hi,

    I am experiencing all sorts of problems when trying to install this theme.
    Installation of the enfold.zip file via the dashboard makes the spinning wheel rotate for a while before it times out and returns the “server not reached error.”
    I have also raised the file to a folder position that is closer to the root, to no avail.

    I then transferred the enfold theme folder to /wp-content/themes/. Back in the dashboard, the theme is visible but upon trying to preview the same, I get the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function av_icon_css_string() in /home/vi*********/public_html/pt/wp-content/themes/enfold/css/dynamic-css.php on line 839

    I have not tried to activate the theme as I am afraid of damaging the WP installation.

    Help!

    Hi,

    No reply but FYI, I tried the operation on a different workstation and this time the installation was successful.
    The only difference between them is that the installation that worked was on a win8, no kaspersky AV while the first one was on a win10 with kaspersky.

    So…not sure

    Hi VP-LDA,

    Based on what you mentioned, I think there was an interruption (like connection issues) when you tried before that make it unsuccessful, this happens sometimes and what you did was good by using another workstation to install which was successful.
