Hello, I work for a company that uses the enfold theme on all our sites. The catalogue element is giving us an issue. On the backend the elements are blank and will not allow us to edit them. On the front end of the sites the content is still showing. please respond.

    Hey mmf1,

If possible, please try disabling all active plugins to see if the issue resolves. Also, please link to the page in question and provide admin info in the private area if possible.

    Best regards,
    Jordan Shannon

    Hi,

So the the issue arose when updating to PHP7? Are all the sites updated to the latest version of Enfold?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

If issues related to PHP7, that means you are probably using an older version of the theme as Enfold was already made PHP7 compatible. Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and upgrade PHP version :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit
