CSS in Child-Theme – no effect

hi, i use the enfold child theme. there i do some css changes.
by now i did it with the “enfold quick css” and it works fine.
now i need to do some more changes and i took all the code into the style.css of the child theme.
BUT: most of all styles not working! the code pasted in the quick css is working, code pasted in the style.css not working.
is there a reason for?
