Add full-screen image to the page that asks for password

Hi there,

I have several password-protected pages on the site that work great. I want to add a full-screen image to the top of the page that asks me to enter my password before accessing those pages, and I haven’t had any luck with it so far. On regular pages I use the fullwidth easy slider to add one static header image to each page. I’ve included links to the page that needs an image as well as a regular page with the image below.
