Tagged: the events calendar plugin
Hi,
when there are two events with the same start time, eg.:
Event A, 7. Nov, 14:00 – 17:00
Event B, 7. Nov, 14:00 – 18:00
in the single view (#top.single-tribe_events) the enfold next arrow (.avia-post-next) gets caught in a loop: > Event B > Event A > Event B and so on…
Best regards,
Günter
Hey Günter,
Thank you for using our theme.
I cannot reproduce this problem on my local install.
Can you give us a temporary admin account so we can check the backend please? You can post it in private content area.
Also try to deactivate all other plugins to check for a possible plugin conflict. Also clear the server cache if you are using a caching plugin.
Best regards,
Günter
Hi Günter,
my first assumption was wrong. I checked it again (with empty cache between each step) and I can say:
So it’s no longer your (enfold support’s) duty. I will search for help in the plugin support areas.
But maybe you have an idea. The problem starts with an event, where the event organizer and the event location are the same – not the same slug, but the content (name, adress, …). Maybe there is the real source of the problem. I will make further tests in this direction.
Thank you and best regards,
Günter
Hi Günter,
Let us know your findings, please :)
You can also address this question to the event plugin author.
