Paid for support.

I recently paid for support for enfold theme (purchase code b398a565-1a3a-4fe0-abf1-45026a8c9e02.

I found that I had to register with a forum to get this support which I did.

I was told I would be getting a password via email. This I didn’t after a wait of over 24 hours. I tried to request a new password and was told a email would be sent to me. I did not get it.

There is no way to contact this forum unless one is registered. Pre-sales is the only contact their is.

Please advise.
