    Dear Team,

    We have been receiving feedback from customers when using Safari the following errors occure:

    Safari cannot connect to Server. Connection failed.

    But when using Google Chrome, Firefox (latest versions) there are no issues on both mac and ipad/iphone.

    Please, My guess is that this problem is related with your host provider. Get in touch with the company about this.

    Hi John, checked all the settings but I only happens when using Safari.
