Hi, I’m looking for some plugin or anything else that allow me to apply background images to for example paragraphs or any text block.

There are several elements which allows you to set background images to them, if you need them in a text block then I think you will have to do it manually though. Here’s a good resource to get you started: https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-image.asp
