    I have a ‘Wedding’ page on my website which I am trying to populate. I am on a massive time constraint as the whole page needs to be working in around 15 hours. I initially saved it in the ‘drafts’ file, but after the first 2 sections had been saved, anything I added thereafter, just disappeared. I have tried colour sections, text blocks and the like. I input all the ‘blurb’ and the media and press update, then it vanishes. I have spent hours trying to establish what the problem is. I have been using the parallax rather than scroll with the pictures. Please help as a matter of huge urgency. I must have done this page 20 times and am now losing the will to live. Thanks. It saves and updates once, then you think all is well. You go in again to change font color or similar, update again, and it has vanished.

    Hey Anna,

    Thanks for that, though I think you forgot to post a user name? The problem you are describing usually happens because of open html markup in your content, please look for anything like that.

    Hi Victoria

    Nothing seems to sort this problem out. I really need help.

    My login credentials are below.

    When you go the ‘pages’ via dashboard, click on ‘Weddings’

    When I try to add color sections then media it seems to accept it, then I press upload and save and view page. All looks fine. Then I try to add another color section below, or media with parallax, press upload and save, and view, again, all looks good.

    Then I try and add something else and the previous color section and/or media has mysteriously disappeared, so I can get no further.

    I have disabled word fence for you to help.

    Please advise urgently as I am at my wits end. So is my boss.

    Sorry, I have been away. Problem still totally unresolved, so sorry you have not been able to access my site.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, like I wrote in my first post it’s likely due to open html markup. Here’s what you have on the wedding page:

    Have a Truly Bespoke <strong> Wedding Event

    The strong tag is open, try changing it to this:

    Have a Truly Bespoke <strong> Wedding Event</strong>
