    Hi Team,

    I’m encountering an odd issue. I am trying to place an image as the background for the footer but it is not showing up for some reason.

    The things I’ve tried are:
    – select the background image from the “General Styling, Footer” area
    – deleting and reuploading the image
    – using the ID #footer and placing the image there with !important
    – deleting and reinstalling the Enfold theme

    But none of these will work. Would you take a look and see if there is anything I could do differently.

    Hey msbllc,

    Have you attempted to disable all active plugins to see if the issue resolves? Right now it is just showing the black background correct?

    Hey Jordan,

    Yep…that is always a first things we try. We actually ended up deleting a couple too. We installed and ran WordFence which will scan the site for potential errors or hacks. Still no luck :-(

    Jordon,

    Follow up on my latest attempt — I went into our hosting and did a manual cache flush for the site and it seems to be working now. Ugh! Sometimes these things are so annoying and yet the solution is simple.
