We cannot restore pages for you. There are plenty of plugins for making backups and I strongly recommend using one of those.
What happened in between? Was there any update, a plugin or theme? Can you check the server log for error?
There is an error in WordPress JavaScript, I only got the wheel and could not see the page with the Advanced Layout Builder.Could you please enable the Advanced Layout Builder debug mode. Here is how to do it: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

I’d have a look at the WP Disable plugin and disable pretty much everything that it allows in general, but especially when it comes to the WP Dashboard settings tab. This will help filter out a lot of the noise from the WP Dashboard as far as background communication that is going on. Heartbeat frequency is one of the settings that you really want to look at.
Also, I would think about temporarily disabling caching while you’re designing pages, especially when you’re doing a bunch of work…as you stated.
A bonus to the plugin below is that you’ll reduce the load times that visitors see on your site.
