Hi,
I looked through all the threads but didn’t find the solution.
My site stopped sending messages from contact forms and forms of wp-members plugin. It does send password reset from wp-login.php page, but not working anywhere else. Not sending information about new registrations, messages from contacts page and etc.
I installed log plugin and can see these message tracked. Tried both php mail and smtp for sending emails. Contact Form 7 also give some kind of error but the message is being logged. No luck so far. THe versions of WP and Enfold are up to date – latest. All plugins are updated.Thanks.

Have you looked at the server and hosting side of things. Sometime problems there can cause email issues. Also, please try disabling all active plugins to see if the issue resolves.

I turned off the smtp plugin and forms started to work again. Thank you.
I wonder why it stopped working in the first place and why didn’t smtp work…
Hi,
I’m glad you were able to get it corrected. Perhaps the SMTP plugin was simply conflicting with something that was already in place. That’s usually the case with plugin conflicts. Did you need further help, or shall I close this topic?
