    Hello,

    Wondering if you can help me? I’m an ever hungry talented graphic designer looking to expand into the WordPress abyss. I’ve been using your Enfold Theme and struck a problem… Most imagery within my site seems to have changed colour or missing (Grey or disappeared).

    My reason for contacting you is that I’m looking to gain access to the forum to assist my current situation. However, unfortunately, unable to retrieve the Purchase Code as we are now no longer in communication with the web designers (company) who built our website (difficult and potentially awkward situation)…

    The images are missing due to the error in JavaScript in the nad.js file.

    Hi Victoria…

    Many thanks for looking into this for me, really appreciate it!

    I guess my best plan of action is to make sure the JavaScript is updated, does that sound about right? Not fully updated such an aspect and don’t want to get it wrong in case I cause more hassle if you know what I mean?

    Hi Richard,

    Well, that JavaScript file does not come with Enfold, it’s from some plugin or added by your developers. So you have to look into that.
